Camo in Quadruple

Quad Camo

Today’s square: Camo Crochet Afghan Square
Size: 5 inch
Pattern By: Paula Daniele
Hook: H
Yarn: It’s going to vary.
Pattern from: Ravelry

Notes: Sill more squares for my Inga’s Hakelbeutel. Twelve done! I’m going to make 18 instead of 16 after seeing Yvonne’s stunning bag in which she adapted it for a single handle. I don’t have the sewing skills to make an awesome liner like hers, but I like the single handle thing.

I think you can do the lining if you know how to use a sewing machine. It is not that complicated, and it does not have to be perfect! How many people take a close look inside your bag? But I must admit I do enjoy the crochet part a lot more than sewing! (I also crochet a loop and put a big button to close the bag, after my post) Looking forward to see how your bag turns out!

I have an unreasonable fear of sewing machines. Sewing machines and pressure cookers. Yeah, odd. 😀 So any sewing I do is generally by hand. I like the closure idea!! This is one of the things I like about crochet. You can take a pattern and tweak it here and there and you’ve got something new that meets your needs perfectly.
